About the Role
Are you a proactive and enthusiastic receptionist looking for a role where you can make a real impact in a dynamic healthcare environment? Women’s Health Clinics provide a variety of clinics, and in this vital role, be part of a dynamic support team, ensuring seamless support for our busy team.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality, customer-focused reception services.
- Accurately verify and input vital patient information.
- Liaise effectively with patients, whānau, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with Women’s Health clinical and administration staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support ongoing quality improvements.

The Women’s Health administration team are committed to collectively delivering a quality, safe and accurate service along with treating all patients with dignity, respect, and compassion. About you
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to excellence and integrity in all interactions.
- A proactive approach to personal responsibility and well-being.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
