About the Role

The Radiology Department at Health New Zealand Waitematā require casual Receptionists to join their clerical team. Working as part of a small, friendly team, you will have a pleasant manner, excellent problem solving skills, and most importantly be able to relate well to our patients and clinicians. Casual staff work as and when required, to suit availability and the needs of the Radiology Administration Team.

About Us

About you

To be successful in this role, previous administration/reception and customer service experience is required. Additionally, you will have:

  • The ability to work under pressure and multi task with a smile
  • Proven computer skills, preferably with Patient Management Systems and Radiology Information Systems
  • Above all – a flexible and positive manner

You will also need to be able to work across both North Shore & Waitākere Hospitals and available to pick up shifts at short notice.
