The main purpose of the Quality Compliance Coordinator role is to coordinate and oversee quality, compliance, and regulatory systems across ARDS, ensuring compliance with Dental Council standards, Australia/New Zealand standards, Ministry of Health Service Specifications, and Te Whatu Ora requirements. The role supports continuous quality improvement by managing compliance monitoring, audit programmes, implementation of regulatory changes, and the timely provision of advice and guidance to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in quality, compliance, audit, or governance activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interpreting policies, standards, and legislation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to coordinate audits, reporting, and improvement activities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- A Full New Zealand Driver’s License is essential.
