Our Diabetes Services have a holistic, culturally appropriate and patient centric care approach, where our patients are empowered to manage their healthcare journey.
Auckland DHB Diabetes Service provides specialist services to people with diabetes in the ADHB district, and to other patients undergoing treatment in our tertiary services. The service also supports PHOs, practices and community services in delivering care to the ADHB population.
You will work within the Diabetes Multidisciplinary teams providing psychological input within the clinic setting, both with team members and on a face-to-face basis. The Diabetes team welcome psychological input and consultation to the team is a central part of this role.

About you
The successful candidate will:
- have a Doctorate or Post Graduate degree in Clinical Psychology, Post Graduate Degree in Health Psychology or its recognized equivalent;
- have a current Annual Practicing Certificate and registration with NZ Psychologists Board with the appropriate scope of practice.
