About the role
The Starship Community team are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic senior dietitian to fulfil the Practice Supervisor role.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, Starship Community Service provides interdisciplinary care and cultural support to children, young people and their whānau living within the Te Toka Tumai Auckland district. Children and their caregivers are seen in their homes, school, clinics and other community settings, utilising our four guiding principles;

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a New Zealand Registered Dietitian, a dietitian prescriber with a current Annual Practising Certificate
- Have at least five years full time experience in a paediatric role
- Provide clincial leadership and expertise to the dietetics team, multidisciplinary colleagues and other professionals
- Be expected to provide optimal nutritional care for babies, children and adolescent inpatients and outpatients
- Have a proven track record as an excellent team worker, clinical experience in the acute care setting and good time management
- Be responsible for the review and further development of local dietetic guidelines that inform care
- You will have experience with quality improvement work at a local or regional level
- Have mentoring or clinical supervision experience
