We are looking for New Graduate Physiotherapists to join our team at Te Toka Tumai Auckland end of 2025/start of 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your Physiotherapy career in a fast paced, fun and supportive learning environment in our Core 1 rotational programme. Our Core 1 rotational programme works across 2 sites – Auckland City Hospital in Grafton (Acute and rehabilitation rotations) and Greenlane Clinical Centre (Outpatient rotations).

About the role
You will have exposure to a wide range of opportunities to further develop your skills and competencies in physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and discharge planning. You will work alongside your wider allied health colleagues to deliver high quality, effective services for our population.
You would be joining a well-established and supportive team of 13 core 1 rotational staff and would have the opportunity to rotate into the following 11 areas every 4 months.
- Mana Awhi – Older Persons Health
- Surgical Team: Orthopaedics, General Surgery and Pelvic Health Inpatients
- Medical Team: Respiratory and General Medicine
- Outpatient team: Musculoskeletal Outpatients and Cardiorespiratory Outpatients
- Taiao Ora - Ward 51 Integrated Stroke and Neurology unit
- Critical Care Team: Critical care (DCCM)

Our team is made up of passionate and supportive Physiotherapists based across Auckland City Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre.

As the ideal person for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills and use of evidence informed practice
- Evidence of establishing and developing working relationships within the wider MDT
- A flexible and pro-active approach
- Effective time management, prioritisation and organisation skills
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how to provide culturally safe care
