About the Role
- Managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for senior managers
- Preparing minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Supporting internal clinical governance functions
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Supporting service improvement projects and initiatives
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Indicating salary Range for the role is from NZD $75,201 to $78,358 per annum (depending on experience)

About you
The ideal person must:
- Proven experience as a PA or senior administrator (ideally in healthcare or public service)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
A genuine interest in women's health and equity in care
