About the Role
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join us in an exciting stage with Waitematā. This role will provide you with the opportunity to put your management skills to the fore by ensuring the delivery of high quality patient care outcomes and having in place robust systems to evaluate performance against health targets.
This fast-paced role will provide hands on leadership and management of the Radiology service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in true partnership and collaborate effectively as a member of the divisional management team, across both North Shore and Waitakere sites, in line with the business plan and Waitematā strategic direction.
This is a 12 mth Fixed Term role to cover Parental Leave
About the Service
The Radiology service provides a broad range of services across the population of the Waitematā. The department boasts a dynamic and diverse team of professionals who are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Services provided include CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, X-Ray imaging and interventional radiology.

Whilst a background in the healthcare sector would be advantageous, we are open to experience across other related sectors to bring a range of transferrable skills and experience.
