About the Role

The Implementation Specialist supports Te Toka Tumai Auckland’s Planning & Performance team by developing and delivering targeted communication strategies that engage clinical kaimahi in improvement and digital transformation initiatives. You will translate complex projects into clear, accessible messaging, facilitate effective information exchange between Hospital and Specialist Services teams, and contribute to enhanced clinical engagement and improved patient outcomes.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and content creation.
  • The ability to translate complex technical or clinical information into accessible messaging.
  • Experience working in healthcare settings and understanding of clinical environments.
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools, change management principles, and engagement strategies.
  • A commitment to biculturalism and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and multimedia content skills.

Desirable:

  • Clinical or healthcare background with direct experience in clinical environments.
  • Experience with improvement initiatives or digital transformation communications.
  • Knowledge of healthcare organizational structures and clinical workflows.
