About the Role
You will be working as part of the multi-disciplinary team in ICU and HDU.
You are required to work rostered rotating 8-hour shifts including weekends and nights.
You will assist with tasks delegated by a registered nurse which include:
- Providing patient care such as hygiene cares, assisting with mobilising and meals.
- Cleaning, restocking, tidying, ordering stock and general housekeeping duties.
- Transferring patients to the wards.

About you
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous Health Care Assistant experience.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Initiative and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- The ability to work rostered rotating shifts.
- A good level of computer literacy.
