About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant to join us on a permanent, full time basis at our BreastScreen clinics based in Takapuna and Northwest. The role provides assistance to Radiologists, Medical Imaging Technologists, and Nurses during ultrasounds, biopsies, and other activities in the clinic. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm.

About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Completed a Level 4 HCA course or equivalent, or have previous HCA/nursing experience
- Experience in community and women’s health
- Strong cultural awareness and effective communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office
- Empathy, sensitivity and the ability to support wāhine during difficult situations
