About the Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Specialist Community Health Services, you will be the pivotal communication link between the service and the wider organisation, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality support services.
As Executive Assistant, you will provide expert administrative and executive support to the Directorate and the broader service team, driving operational efficiency and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
You will be the master of the diary and events calendar, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, navigating corporate tools and programs to enable efficiency and ensuring timely, informed decision-making through proactive briefing and support. Your sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism will be essential, as much of your work involves confidential information.
This is a part time position working 20 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Lambie Drive.
About You
You are a proactive and highly organised professional with a proven track record in supporting senior leadership. You bring a strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently. Key attributes include:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in EA/PA or supporting senior staff
- Advanced User of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to organise and coordinate multifaceted events and meetings
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when managing sensitive information
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
