About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated enrolled nurse who is committed to quality and patient focused care, with a strong commitment to patient education. This position is primarily in the ENT Clinic nursing team although you must have a willingness to work in other clinics across our outpatient service. This is to align with a requirement for a flexible and responsive workforce.

About the Team

The Meade Clinical Centre (MCC) is comprised of a diverse range of specialty outpatient clinics, and services up to 950 patients per day. This position offers the opportunity to work with senior nurses and specialists supporting investigations & minor procedures.

About you

The Enrolled Nurse we are looking for will:

  • be committed to delivering compassionate whanau focused care;
  • have excellent time management and able to use their initiative;
  • have advanced interpersonal and communication skills;
  • work positively in a team environment;
  • be willing to work in a variety of specialties;
  • have an interest in seeking professional development opportunities;
  • have sound nursing knowledge & experience in surgical & medical nursing;
  • a minimum of 3 year’s post registration experience within a New Zealand hospital/acute care setting is required for this position.
