At Kidz First Child Development Team (CDT), we work with children aged 2½–16 years with a wide range of diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, autism, global developmental delay, muscular dystrophy, chromosomal abnormalities, and spina bifida. We’re looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our friendly, dynamic team and help transform lives through innovative therapy.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat children with neurodevelopmental and physical conditions.
  • Partner with whaanau and collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Nurses for holistic care.
  • Deliver engaging, creative interventions that empower children to achieve their goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for paediatrics and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and excellent facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with whaanau and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Essential:

  • NZ registered Physiotherapist with a current practising certificate.
  • Recent paediatric experience or 5+ years for senior clinicians.
  • Knowledge of neurological rehabilitation (preferably paediatric).
  • Full, clean driver’s licence.
