Consumer Feedback Administrator
- Based: Grafton Permanent / Part-time role - 40 hours per fortnight (4 hours/day, 5 days/week)

About the Role
As a Consumer Feedback Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for consumers providing feedback about their care and services. You will ensure enquiries are acknowledged, recorded, and followed up in a timely, professional manner. Working closely with the wider Consumer Feedback team, you will support the smooth coordination of feedback processes, reporting, and communications that contribute to continuous improvement across Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
