About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Support tamariki and whānau through their healthcare journey.
• Deliver delegated therapy and rehabilitation activities under clinical guidance.
• Help families access services and navigate complex systems.
• Build trusted relationships with whānau and community partners.
• Support health literacy and advocate for equitable outcomes.
• Assist with equipment, appointments, group programmes, and service coordination.

About You

You are someone who:

• Loves working with children and families
• Brings empathy, cultural awareness, and genuine compassion
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Is committed to supporting whānau to achieve their goals
• Holds a current Full NZ Driver Licence

Experience in community services, disability support, healthcare, allied health, education, or youth work would be highly valued
