The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our Integrated Care team within Adult Community Mental Health Services.
This senior nursing role will focus on a defined six-month project to assess and strengthen clinician case management capability in response to current service pressures.
The project will involve targeted reviews of clinician caseloads (with a focus on “green” clients using the RAG system), assessment of clinician level of practice, identification of capability gaps, and delivery of structured individual and group-based clinical support.
The work is time-limited and will conclude once the capability assessment and development programme are completed, with no ongoing requirement for the role beyond the six-month period.

About You:
- NZ Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Minimum 5+ years recent clinical experience in mental health (post registration)
- Relevant Postgraduate qualification completed or near completion
- Full & Clean NZ Drivers Licence
