About the Role

This role coordinates the care of acute Orthopaedic patients to optimise quality and effectiveness of the orthopaedic patient journey for all general acute orthopaedic patients. This involves providing clinical oversight within the orthopaedic speciality to support the clinically safe management of the patient acute surgical journey.
You will work within a shared leadership model alongside the Operations Manager, Clinical Director and other Clinical Nurse Specialists to ensure the best care for patients using our services. You will work closely with the acute hand co-ordinator CNS to ensure optimal and efficient use of our orthopaedic acute theatres.
This role is a fixed term role covering parental leave.
