What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented Speech Therapy team
- Manage a small clinical caseload
- Coordinate service delivery, streamline caseloads, and drive interdisciplinary excellence
- Support tamariki and their whaanau with hands-on, meaningful care
- Champion professional development and continuous learning within the team
- Lead innovative quality improvement and service design initiatives
- Embed cultural safety and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi in everyday practice
What you’ll bring:
- NZ Registration + 6+ years’ paediatric Speech therapy experience
- Expertise in feeding and communication
- A proven leader with a heart for mentoring and team building
- A collaborative spirit and strong clinical decision-making skills
- A deep commitment to equity and culturally responsive care
- A full NZ driver’s licence
