About the Role
Are you a dedicated and experienced clinician ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team in a pivotal Clinical Coordinator role, supporting the delivery of integrated, recovery-focused mental health services to the adult population of Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day clinical coordination of our Care and Recovery teams, ensuring the seamless and effective delivery of services that meet the needs of our whaiora.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership and coordination to a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals
- Overseeing clinical systems and ensuring clinical quality and service standards are maintained
- Managing workload allocation, rosters, and contributing to recruitment and performance review processes
- Acting as a resource and consultant within the team while maintaining your own clinical practice and competence

About the Team/Service/ Location
Ihi Ora’s Community Mental Health Centre provides a range of assessment and recovery focused treatment options for adults experiencing moderate to severe mental illness and/or psychological disorders/distress.

About you
You will need to be clinically experienced, and consumer focused with proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively at a senior clinical level with clients, mental health service providers, government agencies and the community sector to promote clients’ recovery.

- You must be a NZ registered Mental Health Professional with a current APC.
- A full and clean driver's licence is required.
