About the Role
We are seeking a warm and friendly Clerical Administrator to support our Maternity Services in Takapuna, North Shore.
In this role you will:
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for both staff and whānau
- Facilitate effective collaboration between our Waitematā team and Lead Maternity Carers (LMCs)
- Ensure a high standard of clerical support through ensuring systems and processes meet the needs of women and whānau
- Facilitating outpatient clinics

About you
The successful candidate will be:
- Positive customer service
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Strong administration skills and ability to multitask
- Eye for detail
- Flexibility with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Great interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language
- Previous Reception/Clerical experience in the health industry along with knowledge of hospital information systems (iPMs) will be an advantage
