About the Role

Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity where your work has a real impact? We are currently looking for dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Pukekohe Hospital. In this vital role, you’ll directly contribute to patient care by helping maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all.

We currently have a permanent part-time Cleaner position available at Pukekohe Hospital, working 22 hours per week.

The successful candidate must be available to work flexible shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00am and 9:00pm. In addition to supporting services at Pukekohe Hospital, this role will also provide cover across our other sites, including Awhinatia and Papakura Maternity. 

As a Cleaner, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are upheld across hospital wards, departments, and non-clinical areas. Your work will support the wellbeing of patients, staff, and visitors, making you an integral part of our healthcare team.

About You

  • Experience in cleaning is great,but not essential; we provide full training
  • Physically fit, able to walk or stand for long periods
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Team player who can also work independently
