We are currently recruiting for two permanent cleaner positions:

Permanent Full-Time – 40 hours per week

  • Monday to Sunday (rostered shifts)
  • Between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm
  • Based at Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit, 30 Bairds Road, Otara

Permanent Part-Time – 24 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday
  • 5:00pm to 10:30pm
  • Based at Manukau Health Park

In these important roles, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment across clinical and non-clinical areas. Working as part of our Environmental Services team, you will contribute directly to infection prevention and the wellbeing of everyone who visits or works in our facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning patient rooms, wards, offices, and shared spaces.
  • Following infection prevention and health and safety procedures.
  • Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high standards of service.

About You

We are looking for people who:

  • Have previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Are physically fit and comfortable being on their feet for extended periods.
  • Have a positive attitude and take pride in delivering excellent service.
  • Are reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, and maintaining high cleaning standards.
