About the Role
The Charge Anaesthetic Technician Manager plays a pivotal role in providing both clinical and operational leadership for the Anaesthetic Technicians and the wider Perioperative team. This position is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care by offering expert guidance on clinical and technical matters. The Charge Anaesthetic Technician Manager also works to maintain efficiency, productivity, and patient safety. Additionally, this role is responsible for fostering clinical excellence, upholding evidence-based professional practice, and promoting high standards of conduct throughout the team.
