About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated administrators to join our friendly and supportive Patient Service Centre team at North Shore Hospital.

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and correct processing of all referrals received for the medical/ surgical specialties, and ensuring these are waitlisted and managed in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Te Whatu Ora - Waitematā guidelines. This includes internal and external referrals for both North Shore and Waitākere Hospitals.

About You

As the first point of contact for our patients, it is essential that you have a good command of the English language (both written and verbal) and promote a professional image whilst providing excellent customer service.

Your empathetic nature coupled with your desire to help those around you will quickly see you succeed in this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is willing to go the extra mile.
