About the Role
As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, whānau, and community members seeking access to health services across Hawke’s Bay. You will manage high-volume inbound calls, provide accurate information, schedule appointments, and ensure every caller receives a warm, culturally responsive, and solution-focused experience.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient journeys and contribute to positive health outcomes.

Our Call Centre team is a supportive, friendly, and experienced group dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and timely access to care. Based at Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, we work together to ensure our community receives the information and assistance they need.
