Step into a pivotal leadership role within New Zealand’s leading Oncology and Haematology service, working alongside expert clinicians, specialist nurses, and a passionate research team. You’ll guide and inspire a team of clinical pharmacists while delivering advanced pharmacy expertise to some of our most complex patients and contributing to cutting-edge clinical trials.
As the Advanced Clinical Pharmacist for our Cancer and Blood team, you’ll also shape the future of the service. You’ll coach and mentor clinical pharmacists, support academic teaching through the University of Auckland, and actively contribute to the strategic direction of the broader Cancer and Blood service.

About the Service

About you
We’re looking for an enthusiastic clinical pharmacist who leads by example, champions Te Toka Tumai values, and is committed to continuous improvement for themselves and their team. You’ll bring a postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy, at least five years of clinical practice, and strong experience in oncology and/or haematology. You’ll also hold (or be eligible for) registration with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand and a current APC.
As the ideal person for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
