Administrator – Admission, Discharge, Transition Unit (ADTU) Permanent Fulltime

This roleprovides administrative support and is a key team member of the ADTU

About the Role

As the ADTU Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day administrative requires of the unit as well as other duties such as ACC assistance and supply management.

About the Team/Service/ Location

The ADTU is about to open 24/7, we are building a team of nurses, allied and support stars to meet the needs of our patients and their whanau, whether this is at the start (admission) or end (discharge) of their journey. We also provide day intervention support to reduce / prevent admission to the inpatient wards.

The successful administrator will be an integral part of this team.

About you

• committed to providing excellent clerical, administrative and general assistance to Ward team members.
• organised, experienced in healthcare administration, passionate about helping others, with a calm and solution-focused mindset.
• Sound customer service experience.
• experienced with Webpas Patient Management Software, IBA, FPIM, concerto, ACC systems or similar.
