The Greenlane Clinical Centre, located in Epsom, has become the centre of outpatient services and day stay surgery. Compared to Auckland Hospital, there is a comparatively relaxed environment and most patients are seen by appointment.

The clinic covers a wide range of specialities including community, ambulatory, and mental health services. There are also a wide range of specialists' services available including dentists and pharmacists. Within the Greenlane Clinical Centre there is 11 medical departments and 62 consulting rooms.

At House Officer and Registrar level Auckland Doctors can rotate through the region. The following runs are either solely based or partly based at Greenlane Clinical Centre: Anaesthesia, Audiology, Gynaecology, Medical Specialties, Psychiatry, Ophthalmology, Oral Health, Radiology, and Sexual Health.
