Radiation Oncology is a unique specialty at the cutting edge of patient care, technology and research, and involves the planning and treatment of cancer (and some selected benign conditions) with radiation therapy.

The Role

As the Radiation Oncology College appoints and allocates to training positions, we are able to offer this role as a fixed-term contract term for a non-training position from 29 July 2024 until 27 January 2025.

To be successful, you will need the following skills and attributes:

• Able to be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand
• Minimum of two years clinical experience post-graduation
• Show dedication to and interest in pursuing a career in Radiation Oncology
• Good inter-personal and professional communication skills
