We will provide you with protected teaching time under the supervision and mentorship of our passionate and knowledgeable senior clinicians. Each of our hospitals provide a comprehensive teaching programme and other learning opportunities including; Grand Rounds, Journal Clubs and Bedside Teaching.

We will involve you with our diverse patient base and demographic population (there are more than 200 ethnic communities in Auckland). You will get a huge variety of clinical presentations and pathologies so you can decide how this influences your learning and future speciality focus or career pathway. When completing your application, you will be asked to select when you are available to commence work.
Rotation dates below:
Quarter 1: 15th January 2024
Quarter 2: 15th April 2024
Quarter 3: 15th July 2024
Quarter 4: 14th October 2024
Flexible start dates may be available.
What you need to apply
- General Scope of Registration with Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) if you are a NZ/AU Graduate.
- Have at least 2 years post graduate experience and hold General Registration, if you are from UK or any other comparable health system country.
- Have completed Internship (1 year) and General Registration, if applying from Ireland.
