About the role:

Are you a paediatric nurse seeking a new, exciting opportunity?

Kidz First Ambulatory Care are looking for a motivated, flexible and passionate paediatric nurse to join our team! Kidz First Ambulatory Care, based primarily in Module 4 at Manukau Health Park, is actively searching for an experienced Paediatric Nurse to come and join the team. 

This role involves providing nursing care and education for patients and whaanau across a variety of common paediatric conditions in an outpatient setting. The right person must be flexible, have a can-do attitude, and live out our Counties Manukau values in their work. The patient and whaanau are at the core of what we do, and we are looking for a paediatric nurse who can work together as part of our team to provide excellent general paediatric nursing care in a way that meets our families’ needs.

You will need to be:

  • Patient focused and provide an excellent standard of nursing care 
  • A good communicator and a team player
  • Able to prove active maintenance of your personal professional development

Salaries are based on the NZNO Collective Agreement Registered Nurse Scale

Essential requirements 

  • Registered Nurse with current NCNZ Annual Practising Certificate
  • 5+ years paediatric nursing experience in NZ
  • A passion for improving nursing practice and standards of care
