About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to join our Division of Medicine at Middlemore Hospital.

This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Division of Medicine Senior Management Team. From managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings to supporting recruitment, travel, finance, and day-to-day operations, you'll play a key role in keeping our team running smoothly.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.

About You

You are a highly organised professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

You will bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience supporting senior leaders in a Personal Assistant or Senior Admin role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, recruitment activities, onboarding and administrative processes.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships across a large and diverse organisation.
