About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated Mental Health Acute Community Service team.
Working alongside another Administrator, you will play an important role in keeping our busy community mental health service running smoothly. Your role will be varied and valued, with responsibilities including managing appointments and accounts, ordering supplies, coordinating vehicles, and providing general administrative support to the team.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and support initiatives that improve the way our service operates.
Job Share Opportunity
We are looking for two experienced Administrators to join us in a job-share arrangement:
- 0.7 FTE – 28 hours per week
- 0.3 FTE – 12 hours per week
Both positions are Monday to Friday, between 7:30am and 4:30pm, based at our supportive and dynamic hub at 70 Kerrs Road, Manukau City. Days and hours are negotiable and can be discussed with the successful candidates.
About You:
You are natural problem-solver, calm under pressure, and ready to tackle whatever the day brings. You take pride in being the one the team can rely on, and you are always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience providing administration support to a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A full NZ driver’s licence is required.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with PIMS, HCC, or Oracle Procurement – you will hit the ground running.
