About the role
As a key part of our team, you will drive the onboarding of RMOs (junior doctors) for our hospitals within the Auckland region of Health New Zealand I Te Whatu Ora.
You will be supporting recruitment and HR administration working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and streamlined experience for our RMO workforce. You will support registration and regulatory processes with Medical Council of New Zealand, Immigration, occupational health and our payroll teams to onboard our RMO workforce and keep them work ready throughout their time working with us.
About you
You will have a natural talent in multi-tasking (juggling many balls in the air), enjoy working through process and to set deadlines and have a keen eye for attention to detail.
Ideally, you’ll be an administration professional with a solid and proven background in high volume operational administration. Prior health sector experience will be well received but is not essential if you are keen to jump in and learn. Any previous work in an HR administrative capacity and dealing with on-boarding individuals would be an absolute bonus.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your enthusiasm, energy and focus will mean you complement the team’s passion for providing quality service to all stakeholders.
With a focus on continuous improvement and customer service you’ll contribute to the development of current systems and processes and have the opportunity to demonstrate your initiative and work autonomously.
Key prerequisites to be considered for this position are experience and proficiency in MS applications, database management and previous experience in a high volume administrative role.
