Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The BCFNR Northern team runs the Auckland and Northland regional division of the Te Rēhita Mate Ūtaetae - Breast Cancer Foundation National Register. This is a secure web-based database built with the intention of creating a population based picture of breast cancer care in New Zealand for clinical audit, health planning and research purposes.
As the Data Administrator, you will be joining a dedicated team that records breast cancer information in the database. Your role will be predominantly sourcing and input of data into the Breast Cancer Foundation National Register from clinical applications and you will be working from offices at Greenlane Clinical Centre.
Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
To be effective in this role you will be very competent with computer software and have great attention to detail. You will enjoy working independently and you can plan, organise and prioritise work by yourself with minimal direction. You will have some experience in a clinical or medical environment, ideally with an understanding of breast cancer treatment and pathways.
This is your chance to choose your own days and hours to work from Monday to Fridays between 7am and 6pm.
