About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Registered Nurse or Midwife to join our TrendCare and CCDM team on a fixed (5 months) term as our TrendCare and CCDM Coordinator. This role focuses on the TrendCare system, while working closely with members of the team on the CCDM/Safe Staffing programme.

About the Team/Service/ Location

This fixed term position to cover the incumbent moving to a fixed term position elsewhere in the organisation, will suit an experienced registered nurse or midwife who is an advanced/expert user of TrendCare with the ability to work at a high level with regards to health informatics and is keen to develop further in this area. The position offers a great opportunity to step into a senior nursing role, building leadership capability while contributing to service-wide improvements. The ability to actively connect, communicate and engage a variety of stakeholders and a ‘can do’ attitude is important, with the ability to function autonomously, great time management and good humour.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of the TrendCare system. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and driving improvements in patient flow, we encourage you to apply. The TrendCare and CCDM Coordinator is responsible for TrendCare system monitoring, utilisation of the TrendCare data and on-going training needs of staff. You will be familiar with the TrendCare programme and CCDM / Safe staffing programme standards, working alongside your coordinator colleague to ensure information, data and reporting, aligns and is consistent to support delivery of the programme.
