Telecommunications Operator
- Telecommunications Operator, New Plymouth Hospital, Permanent Part time.
- The Call Centre is the hub of the hospital, we are seeking a motivated and energetic team player to join our team.
- This position is permanent part time, 40 hours per fortnight with opportunity for extra hours when required.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Our team of 16 make up a diverse and dynamic group, who embrace all aspects of the department, to provide a smooth and efficient service to the hospital and wider Taranaki community.

About you
- Experience in administration in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Advanced oral communication, and proven customer service skills is essential.
- Sound computer skills e.g., MS Word and Excel.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to manage varying workloads and learn new skills.
- Must be available to work all shifts.
- Good sense of humour, a team player, desire to work in a vibrant and fun environment.
