About the Role

As the Technical Administrator & Support for Datix, you will lead the functionality and management of Datix, the reporting system used to report any adverse events, risks, and feedback. This role will provide system support and training to staff of the system, management of access, development of dashboards and reports in response to organisational needs. It will include providing support to the Patient Safety, Quality Improvement and Risk Directorate.

About you

This role will require you to have working knowledge of database technology, query building and report writing. Although not essential it would be an advantage to have experience in using Datix, or similar. A qualification in information technology, computer science or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Suite Programs
  • Experience in managing highly sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in delivering education and training
  • Experience in analysing and developing reports and dashboards of a high standard
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build effective working relationships
