About the Role:

As the Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Service Manager and their team at Manukau Health Park. Your responsibilities will include a mix of high-level administration, team coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Service Manager – including diary and inbox management, meeting support and re- prioritising tasks as required to assist with meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with complaint and incident tracking, project administration, and document coordination.
  • On-site support for the Outpatient front-of-house team and assisting with monitoring the site’s conference room and pod booking system and any visitor queries the team need assistance with.
  • Support change management and service improvement initiatives through strong project administration.

This is a part time position, based at Manukau Health Park (MHP) and working 24 hours a week Monday to Friday and hours and days can be negotiated.

 About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you're a confident multitasker who works well under pressure and enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment. You’re known for your initiative, organisational skills, and collaborative approach.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience providing administrative support to a team or manager, ideally in a health facility in a complex or fast-paced setting.
  • Proven skills in diary and meeting management, handling multiple priorities with ease.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’re a go-to person for getting things done.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Teams).
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

The salary for this position will be aligned with Band 4 of the National Administration Collective Agreement and will be based on skills and experience.
