About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will provide operational and people leadership for the designated service, ensuring delivery of safe, effective, equitable and sustainable services. The role is responsible for workforce leadership, service performance, quality improvement and achievement of organisational priorities, while providing professional leadership and expertise appropriate to the service. This position also has a clinical component, so you get the best of both clinical and leadership.

About you
- Qualified Physiotherapist with registration as a Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of NZ (or eligible for) and a holder of a current practising certificate
- At least 5 years’ experience as a physiotherapist and previous leadership roles would be desirable
- Demonstrated leadership experience within an allied health, scientific or technical service.
- Experience leading and developing individuals and teams.
- Experience managing workforce, service delivery and operational priorities.
- Current full driver’s licence
Whilst not essential, candidates that have relevant post graduate qualifications and/or management experience are desired.
