About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Team Administrator – Project Support to join our team, Te Oranga O Nga Rito, on a 6‑month fixed term contract, 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week).
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and project support across the team. Our services, include Gateway, Whangaia Nga Pa Harakeke, and the Violence Intervention Programme (VIP). You’ll support the Team Leader and wider team to keep things running smoothly — from scheduling and reporting to coordination and communication.
No two days will be the same. You’ll be part of a team that values manaakitanga, collaboration, and supporting each other to deliver the best possible outcomes for the tamariki, rangatahi, and whānau we serve.

Health New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas. It has the largest population of any district health area.
