Support and Rostering Administrator
- Based at Bay of Islands Hospital
- Permanent, part time (0.94FTE) role working 37.5hours per week between Mondays and Fridays

About the Role
As a Support and Rostering Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the medical staffing and roster function for Bay of Islands and Dargaville hospitals, ensuring it is completed within the parameters of contractual and Collective Agreement requirements.
This role will assist with medical recruitment, support onboarding, orientation and ensure administration needs are delivered in a professional and timely manner.
The role will be based at the Bay of Islands Hospital. However, you will need to have the ability to travel to Dargaville as required.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Our team of small rural hospitals in Northland promote a team environment which enhances partnership and cooperation. This role will be based at either Bay of Islands or Dargaville Hospitals.

About you
As a Support and Rostering Administrator, you will have a strong administrative and organisational capability to ensure our teams are supported to deliver safe, effective services across our hospitals. Experience in the health sector, logistics, or employment contracts is desirable, but not essential.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Extensive senior-level administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
