About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Sleep Physiologist to join us on a full time, fixed term basis until November 2026. Working closely with our clinicians, you’ll be responsible for diagnostic testing, educating patients on equipment use, analysis of the recorded data, as well as ensuring appropriate follow-up and further treatment for patients where required.

The Sleep Physiology Department at Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is a rapidly developing service with an enthusiastic team focused on contributing positively to the respiratory health of the Waitematā population.
Health New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas. It has the largest population of any district health area.

About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll meet the requirements for registration as a Sleep Physiologist with the NZ Clinical Physiologists Registration Board, and have proven experience in Sleep Physiology.
