About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and accomplished leader to join our team of experienced and multi-national Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants working across North Shore Hospital, Waitākere Hospital and our community based clinics.
This role has a strong focus on provision of Respiratory innovation, education, assessment and intervention to these vulnerable patient groups within the outpatient and community based settings. Training for weekend credentialing is offered if applicable.
This role offers the prospect for professional and service development through in-service training, attendance at local and national training opportunities, as well as support and mentorship of junior staff through clinical and professional supervision.
About the Team/Service/Location
The right candidate will be able to lead and develop our outpatient Physiotherapists, develop strong and meaningful connections with our community, support innovation and positive change including the use of digital health access across the Outpatient Physiotherapy services. The candidate will work in close collaboration with the Clinical Leader and other senior outpatient physiotherapists to implement high quality and effective, culturally safe and inclusive clinical care and promote the ongoing development of the wider team.

About you
- New Zealand registered Physiotherapist with current APC
- 5+ years of relevant and recent outpatient working experience – preferably strong skills within respiratory field
- Effective and dynamic leadership skills and experience
- Strong role model
- Advanced communication skills
- High level of clinical assessment, treatment and time management skills
