Senior Medical Officer - Endocrinology & General Medicine

About the Role
We are now seeking an Endocrinologist/General Medicine Physician to join our team on a 1.0FTE position. This role is fixed term for 12 months starting in November 2026 to provide sabbatical cover for the department.
We are looking for someone to undertake general outpatient work across the spectrum of Diabetes and Endocrinology. We are also continuing to strengthen our multidisciplinary model of care, supported by specialist nurses and allied health professionals. This role also involves working in Acute General Medicine approximately half of the time.

About you
Applicants must hold or be eligible for vocational registration with the New Zealand Medical Council or be training in NZ and with 6 months or less of advanced training remaining to achieve FRACP.
