About the Role
Step into a role where every week brings variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. As a Rotational Physiotherapist, you will work across a seven-day service covering an exciting range of clinical areas – from critical care and general surgery to medical, orthopaedics, community rehabilitation, outpatients, and neurological caseloads.
Your primary focus will be on optimising patient outcomes, facilitating timely and supported discharges, and contributing to seamless care across the patient journey. You will be part of a motivated and collaborative team committed to providing patient-centred care and supporting each other to grow professionally.
About the Team/Service/Location
Our wonderful Physiotherapy team at Tauranga Hospital works closely with the wider Allied Health services, providing care in an interdisciplinary model that puts patients at the centre. Whether in acute wards, outpatient clinics, or the community, our goal is to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care that meets the needs of our diverse Bay of Plenty population.

About You
To be successful in the role, we seek a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment. You would enjoy the challenge of working across multiple clinical specialties and are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
