About the Role
As a Respiratory Physiologist at Te Whatu Ora Waitematā, you will be involved with advanced lung function testing as well as assessment and follow-up of patients requiring home oxygen therapy.

About Us
The Respiratory Physiology Department at Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is a rapidly developing service with an enthusiastic team focused on contributing positively to the respiratory health of the Waitematā population. At present, the team is based at North Shore Hospital, with regular clinics at Waitākere Hospital and there is further expansion of the service planned in the future.
Health New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas. It has the largest population of any district health area.

About you
Applicants should hold the Certificate of Respiratory Function Science through the ANZ Society of Respiratory Science and meet the requirements for registration with the Clinical Physiologists Registration Board, however, training can be provided for candidates who are currently working towards these who have relevant experience in a pulmonary function laboratory.
