About the Role
This role is responsible for assisting the RMO Unit in providing seamless, proactive coordination and administration services to the day-to-day management of Resident Medical Officers (RMOs). Key function of the role is to effectively coordinate workforce-planning, implementation, rostering (including electronic pay rostering) and leave management, as well as pastoral care and management of Resident Medical Officers (RMOs).

About you
We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude who has the ability to inspire and influence others to action. You will be a process driven, administrative super star who has a strong work ethic and superb attention to detail.
Ideally, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years previous administration or coordination experience
- Proven organisational skills including strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures
- Balanced outlook that lends to fast, pragmatic decisions and actions based on sound judgment
- Demonstrated experience in adapting to time critical demands including ability to manage workload and priorities
- Previous experience in health or another public sector environment would be desirable
