About the Role

The Personal Assistant role exists to provide seamless administrative and operational support to the Chief Medical Officer in order to maximise their efficiency and productivity; including but not limited to efficient diary, email and sensitive documentation management and travel co-ordination and credentialing.

The role of the Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Recruitment Coordinator –is to assist the CMO in providing a seamless, proactive service to the recruitment of Resident Medical Staff to the organisation. This will be provided through advice and services to candidates, the recruitment team, business and functional groups of the organisation.

About you

  • Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
  • Recruitment experience in the health sector
  • Minimum Level 3 NCEA or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ senior administrative level experience
  • Excellent knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures, high degree of knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite including advanced knowledge of work processing, spreadsheet, email, calendar, graphics, presentation packages, able to edit written document, correcting grammatical mistakes and logic.
